I’ve been working through Modern Warfare 2019 to get back into college before the new release came out. Along the way, I faced a few issues. When loading the game, there were frequent stutters in the lobby and during full-screen or borderless windowed play. However, switching to a smaller window size around 17 inches seemed to resolve the problem. Running it on a 27-inch monitor didn’t help, though the frame rate dropped again. Random restarts of my PC occurred without clear triggers, possibly during loading or after a few minutes in a match. I’ve tested various monitors and power outlets, but the issue persists. My CPU temps sit between 45–50°C and GPU temps 50–60°C. All other games don’t cause this. My graphics, drivers, and OS are up-to-date, and since about two weeks ago I haven’t seen significant frame drops or restarts, reverting to an older driver isn’t the fix. I’ve deleted the game and re-downloaded it on different drives, but the problem remains. If anyone has any advice, please share. Thanks.
It seems like you're referring to PSU, but didn't specify yours. A faulty power supply can lead to instability and frequent restarts.
You can still check its performance even without a 750W thermal unit. Use a multimeter to measure resistance or voltage, and observe how the device behaves under load.
I just installed a 1000W CORSAIR - RMx Series RM1000x, but it's still having issues. I saw that a coil wire from the GPU matched the problems on the screen. I'm planning to replace the GPU and see if that resolves the issue. Could this be the fix?

I replaced my hardware but cleared the drives and reinstalled Windows once more. The audio app error code disappeared, yet issues persist. Since upgrading my power supply to the 1000 Watt Corsair, the computer won’t restart from games but stuttering continues. I can play Rocket League and Fortnite smoothly without problems, except for Modern Warfare. All settings are set to the minimum, yet performance drops remain. Sometimes it hits 120 FPS then drops about 20 FPS every second.
