Latest update: ban lifted. They said we're sorry, something went wrong, and you should be able to play on the vac servers again. I'm happy.

I was planning to address all the "they never reverse ban" incorrect posters, but VAC had false positives before and had to undo thousands of bans. There are more issues beyond these, I'm sure. Hopefully you got your ban lifted, OP.
