DDR5-6000MHz AMD E.X.P.O advertised dual channel ram kit. I would consider a more advanced board for your 7950x and pair that processor with a 360mm AIO rather than a 240mm. Include additional M.2 storage, one smaller for the OS/apps and launchers, while the larger drive can hold the game library.

This setup looks solid overall. The 7950x3d might be a bit excessive for a dedicated gaming machine, but the 7800x3d could offer better performance or just a slight improvement. If you require more cores, that's fine.
I recommend swapping out the cooler—240 is a bit too low given the CPU's heat output. A 360 AIO would help maintain cooler temperatures.
The RAM speed is subpar; upgrading to something faster would be beneficial. AMD suggests 6000mhz as an optimal setting, ensuring the memory controller and other components work in perfect sync, which greatly cuts down latency.
You can also rely on air coolers with the x3D chips. I've noticed many people do this for both the 7800x3D and the 7950x3D.
As others mentioned... if you're focused solely on gaming, go with the 7800x3D. For additional processing power when doing other tasks, the 7950x3D is better.
You might also consider what I did—spending an extra $100 to get the 9950X. If you took that path, I'd suggest a 360 AIO. It tends to run a bit hotter than the x3D models.
I'm in agreement about the 6000mhz RAM and more storage. You can always add more... ask me how I know...
