Hey guys, so I was overloading my computer yesterday for about 8 hours straight. I was testing and playing games to see how it held up. At some point, the game started stuttering really hard without slowing down at all on frames per second. It makes it impossible to play and even turning everything back to normal speed didn't help much with the lagging. The problem is still there too. After I overloaded again to a stable and safe setting that I know works well, things were slightly better but still unplayable. Now I think maybe I broke something inside my PC because now I hear loud electrical noise in my computer when it's starting up or loading. I really don't know what to do about this anymore... Specs: Intel Core i7 6700k overclocked to 4.5 gigahertz with a 700-watt power supply, an 80+ gold rating, and the 2080 Ti graphics card with 32 gigs of RAM running at 2133 MHz. The motherboard is a Z170 Pro Carbon, I have two 1TB SSD drives and one 1TB hard drive. Any tips or help would be super appreciated right now!

Have you ever tried a hard reset on your computer?

Cmos reset didn't fix anything, but letting the pc sit for a while made the stutter a bit less noticeable. It's probably one of the parts I broke by rebooting again and again... damn it

Try running your 2080ti on default settings. You should figure out what's making that electrical buzzing sound. It probably sounds like a wire humming in the background.

I thought the problem was my graphics card, but everything has been working fine on stock settings before. I'm going to swap out some parts over the weekend if I get a chance. I'm worried that my motherboard can't give enough power anymore and I accidentally broke it while overclocking this long time ago.
