CrystalDiskInfo provides a health status for each drive, and the Western Digital Dashboard will indicate whether firmware updates are available for your SSD.

Refresh the thermal paste, aiming for around 80°C during regular gameplay
Cinebench performance at 90°C is acceptable, though it’s not ideal since 90 matches the temperature; the Ryzen should reduce boost frequency
Have you made any changes to the system? Uninstall all tools such as Ryzen Master and others

new thermal paste applied, temperatures held at 85 degrees, voltage reduced to -20, no overclocking, just regular PBO. system restarted successfully.

Try a different power supply unit to see if it resolves the issue:
visit userbenchmark.com and share the link of your test result, for example:
https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730
Reset the BIOS using a jumper, CLR CMOS or JBAT, etc. (you'll need to adjust boot priority afterward)
verify system integrity in Windows
launch the command prompt with admin rights and execute DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

perform a clean boot
Instructions on executing a clean boot in Windows - Microsoft Support
Explains the steps to troubleshoot using a clean boot in Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, or Windows Vista.
support.microsoft.com
test memory with memtest.org USB autoinstaller (bootable drive)
run RAM at 2133MHz to see if it behaves similarly
examine the hard drive for errors using the manufacturer's utility
use ddu uninstaller and reinstall the newest graphics driver
ensure a basic system setup:
single RAM module, CPU with cooler, power supply, GPU, motherboard, monitor, keyboard, one HDD/SSD

tested several potential fixes, concluded with undervolting at -10 and adjusting CPU NB/SoC voltage to 1.1 from auto settings, which appears to have improved stability. no reboots occurred over the past three days. additional testing is required to confirm if this resolves the problem long-term. i also came across some online discussions suggesting the issue might stem from using Corsair Vengeance RAM with a 5800x, though I'm not certain if that's the actual cause. thank you for your assistance.
