Performance is decent, but delays in the BIOS prevent reinstalling it.

Disconnect the GPU, start with built-in graphics, verify functionality, then remove the BIOS CMOS battery and reinstall it.

I've tested other GPUs before, I'll try this now. I'll start with the GPU and observe the results. If it freezes, I'll remove the GPUs and wait until it stabilizes before proceeding. Updates will follow as quickly as possible.

I removed my GPU and installed the APU driver. I began watching YouTube, but it froze right away. I looked in Task Manager and saw the CPU at 100% and GPU at 30%. I stopped the video and opened another window—CPU dropped to about 40% and GPU to around 10%. It still froze, but once it stopped, the video played smoothly without buffering. When I increased the quality, it stopped again and buffered occasionally. At around 60-80% CPU, it worked fine. I’m planning to wait for another freeze before installing the GPU again and deleting all HDDs. Sorry for the long wait; I’ve been really busy lately.

I removed one HDD connected via USB, but the other I used because of school exams and assignments. I’m hoping to get rid of it soon. The PC is still acting strangely... hard to tell if it’s worse or better without the GPU, since it feels random at least. I’ll also attempt this at the same time. (The computer is about seven years old, so I’m not sure it’s showing signs of aging yet, but I want to keep using it as long as possible. If I can fix this for free or cheap, I’d like to try.)

Formatted all the disks except one, installed Windows 11, and it now functions smoothly. There have been no stuttering problems since then. (It’s been roughly a month since I completed this.)
