I purchased a preassembled PC several years ago and it has performed well over the past six to seven years, still functioning smoothly even during performance-heavy tasks. When stressing out YouTube or gaming, it occasionally stutters, but Task Manager and Process Explorer show solid performance. I've also conducted GPU and CPU stress tests alongside monitoring HWinfo, with no signs of failure despite the load. (HWinfo remains silent during shutdowns.) If a video freezes, I can drag another app with my mouse to pause it while YouTube stops stuttering. It also lags in BIOS, showing a shift from normal to slow or erratic movement during updates. Specs include a 1070 GPU, i7-6700 CPU, 32GB RAM at 3200MHz, upgraded CL16 PSU, and storage configurations ranging from SSDs to HDDs. I've updated the BIOS, installed new drivers, tested DDU, and switched GPUs.

Disable all BIOS hyper settings. Your automatic TPM configuration failed; consider resetting it or turning it off completely. If you locate a solution, update the BIOS as it is currently at version 2016.

I don’t see a way to disable hyper-v or TPM in the BIOS (this model is supported for X2). I’ll give it another shot (support for X2B), but I’ve used the same BIOS version (500 or higher) for years without problems, and it updated to 820 when the update began.

I've refreshed the bios to version 920. I'll check again if it remains unstable, otherwise I'll proceed with the bios update... It should take about a month, considering its unpredictable nature. Thanks for your support so far!

The issue remains unresolved, my PC keeps stuttering while I watch YouTube and chat with friends on Discord. Have 1 to 30 tabs open if needed based on my activities. TaskManager reported CPU usage at 40%, with all other metrics below 10%.

he repeated it twice more, though not as harshly as before, it remained quite bothersome

It remains an issue; it stutters significantly more this time. This is quite bothersome.

Restarting Windows doesn't resolve the issues. Updating didn't fix the problems.

Verify hard drive and SSD functionality. If everything is fine, proceed to download CrystaldiskInfo.

The BIOS on your PC shows a setting to fix issues, but reinstalling the OS might help if it's causing problems. (You can try it) All storage drives seem to be in good shape.
