The issue occurs on Windows 10 unexpectedly, making it hard to demonstrate. The game freezes completely, affecting the entire screen and sound, and then it restarts normally afterward.

I think you should consider trying to replace your GTX 960, but first check the return window. If you're unsure about timing, it might be safer to get a new one.

Give it a shot and check if it continues.

Consider turning off DOCP and using the default RAM speed, which might be around 2133 MHz. This could be connected to memory issues.

I’ll attempt to try it and play for an hour to see if it happens. If it does, I’ll switch the GPU and check if the issue is GPU-related, though I’m unsure. I didn’t encounter any strange behavior besides the crashes and game not working, but I had driver problems like freezes and crashes. I disabled anti-aliasing and image sharpening, and now it works except for occasional freezes.

Experienced one freeze similar to an FPS drop, though currently it's resolved in YouTube. It wasn't a full crash, but I believe we managed to fix it—still uncertain how it happened.

This might seem like a stutter, but it could actually be normal depending on the situation. It's possible it's just a minor issue, but it's worth checking your RAM. The board may not have enough memory lanes to handle that frequency, making it unstable. You could try turning on DOCP and lowering the frequency to around 3400Mhz or similar, though running at 2133Mhz isn't ideal.
