Try alternative methods to avoid the lag instead of using 2133.
Navigate to BIOS settings, press F7 to enter Advanced Mode. Activate AI Tweaker > AI Overclock Tuner, turn on DOCP. Adjust Memory Frequency to 3400mhz or 3466mhz, apply changes, then exit BIOS.
It’s tough to identify the exact problem, as another user with a 2700X is also experiencing heavy stutters. They swapped out all their hardware except the CPU, yet issues persist in the same games you’re playing. I’m not attributing it to your specific CPU or setup, but tracing these stutters without direct testing is challenging.
