I just got a new PC about a week ago and have been experiencing random BSODs since it started. Have you reused your OS drive from an older system without reinstalling the operating system on the new one? If you did reinstall, where did you get the installer for that OS?
For BIOS, which version are you using for your motherboard?
F5-5600J3636C16GX2-FX5
EXPO profile is disabled.
With AMD's E.X.P.O enabled, do you still face the same problem?
Run a memtest on each drive.
How many passes did you run?
Where did you obtain the installer again? Were both hard drives connected to your system during the OS installation? Did you intend to install the OS on the Samsung 980 drive? You should perform memtest with 10 passes and AMD's E.X.P.O enabled. The RAM slots A2 and B2 are being filled correctly?
turn off Norton and check if games run smoothly; there seems to be a problem with Norton and the Xbox app that might affect performance. This is why I don’t use Norton anymore and have relied on Avast for years.
