The memory link you mentioned supports frequencies up to 2400Hz and 2667MHz. If it can't reach higher speeds, you've hit the IMC limit for that amount of RAM. Staying at 2400 during those stages would be fine, but adjusting the cas latency to 14 and testing could lower the delay and improve responsiveness.
The memory controller voltage can be raised, but it won't resolve the problem. Refer to the typhoon burner eeprom SPD tab; it will list the memory ICs available. If they are SK Hynix modules, you'll face significant challenges regardless of adjustments.
It was actually my CPU managing my RAM performance. I have a 5800X, and now my RAM operates at its maximum frequency of 3200MHz. Thanks for the assistance!
