I’d skip DOCP until Windows is fully set up. You don’t want to find out it’s unreliable and messes with your installation. After the install, I’d verify the memory speed using tools like CPU-Z. In my experience, ASUS boards sometimes show JEDEC values incorrectly in BIOS, hiding the real frequency and placing it elsewhere—so you might be missing the actual number. Personally, I rely more on CPU-Z than on BIOS readings.

Turning off DOCP, installing Windows, retrieving CPU-Z info, and checking back later. I’ll try CPU-Z later—I’ll figure it out. Thanks again to @IkeaGnome!

Don't stress, the process is straightforward. Download the program (you can use the portable version if preferred), launch it, navigate to the memory section, and check the reported frequency. Double the value since RAM operates at double data rate—this reflects the advertised speed rather than the actual rate. The real frequency will likely be slightly lower (for example, 3590MT/s instead of 3600MT/s) due to spread spectrum technology, which helps counter electrical interference. This adjustment is standard and normal. Good luck!

You might have skipped some installation details or made errors during setup. Since you're new to this process, double-check the instructions and consider seeking guidance from reliable sources.

You likely must turn on Secure Boot and fTPM within the BIOS settings. Windows 11 demands these protection options be activated.

The newest BIOS version requires certain settings to be activated automatically for Windows 11 to function properly. Updating to the latest BIOS will enable these defaults. You can also manually adjust them by enabling Secure Boot, fTPM, and disabling CSM. Alternatively, using the RUFUS installer during setup will skip the feature verification step.

One of my DIMM failed on my motherboard ASUS TUF Gaming X570 Plus Wifi, with the latest BIOS. (Sept 2023) I encountered the same problem and it stuck at 2133mhz afterward. The "OC Tuner" settings should be set to "Keep these settings." This might help others.
