I received a 4-module Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB from Amazon in a damaged package. Do you think there’s still a chance to recover your RAM? I’m unsure if opening the box will affect the warranty, but I want to be sure.

How bad is the box? It might still be fine. I think amazon return covers DOA even if the box has been opened as long as it is within 30 days.

They probably wouldn’t say no to returning the item. I’ve replaced some MSI graphics cards with new ones, but a few had a PCB curve that didn’t look right, so I returned them without issues.

Amazon offers a 30-day return guarantee regardless of your actions. I’d put it on, check it, and if it functions well, that’s perfect. If not, I’d ask for a swap and they’ll handle the rest.

Opening a box can cancel your warranty. A damaged box doesn’t automatically mean the product is defective—only check by opening it yourself. If you’re unsure, take a photo on your phone before handling it.

Thanks for the updates, I'll check the rams. They seem safe. Here is the picture.

It doesn’t seem like the issue is severe enough to impact the RAM, so you should be fine.

Really? That doesn't seem to be the case. The ram isn't hanging out in the box—it's secured in plastic containers.

This RAM comes in great condition, likely due to shipping issues. RAM parts are extremely durable and hold up well. This model offers excellent protection, making it a solid choice. I wouldn’t hesitate to consider it.
