If the system freezes due to a single stick, turn off forced dual channel and XMP settings. Consider resetting BIOS to default options before falling back. Also check if there are other DDR4 motherboards available from reliable sources that ensure proper slot placement—either RAM or CPU—rather than mixing them together.

The RAM problem is definitely there. I remember purchasing the PC ready-made with warranty coverage. A delivery person collected it today and is now transporting it to the seller. Appreciate your assistance!
