Your motherboard should match your CPU's requirements. The 2700 model features a 3.2ghz base clock, which may indicate it isn't utilizing turbo settings. Are you checking if turbo technology was activated in the BIOS? Which method did you use to load the CPU? What temperatures were recorded?

Searching for information online shows the EDC relates to VRM features. Apply the Windows balanced power plan and then remove CMOS if necessary.

when i enable the game boost it reaches a peak of 3.7 ghz. i reset to the default settings but it switches to 3.3ghz on ryzen master. when loading, setting the power plan to high performance didn't make any difference.

I compared my configuration and noticed the CPU turbo is 3.3 GHz when running in stock mode, while it shows 3.7 GHz during GameBoost.

Didn't you respond to my query? Is the Turbo feature activated in the BIOS?
