Consider your needs and budget, then look for a reliable 4-in-1 or multi-board motherboard with good performance and support for your desired components.

Hi, MSI B450 Tomahawk, A-PRO, Gaming Plus or Mortar are solid options that don’t cost much.

Likely checking out the B450m Pro4 or AC by ASrock, or B450 Mortar from MSI, or B450 PRO A from MSI.

It varies, honestly. If you're not planning to upgrade later, a mid-range motherboard might suffice. Why choose the R5 2600 over the 3600 if it's significantly quicker?

I bought the MSI B450 Tomahawk motherboard. Although it's costly, it works well and supports future upgrades. If your budget is under £100/$130, the Gigabyte B450M DS3H should suffice. Just keep in mind that newer CPUs may need better VRM cooling.

I believe a mid-range B450 motherboard would work well, while the 3600 offers good value for both cost and performance. Budget options still provide solid CPU options now.

You should consider an AM4 CPU that matches your existing setup, as this will simplify the BIOS flashing process.

Many B450 boards are available with Ryzen 3000 processors now. The MSI B450 Pro VDH offers a reasonable price point locally, though the exact cost can vary depending on your region.
