I just installed the PC but the monitor isn't showing HDMI signal. I have an ASUS ROG Strix B550-F with MOMO, a Ryzen 5 5600 without integrated graphics, and a GTX 1060 GPU. All fans are spinning and the logo lights up, even when I use the old GTX 750IT. I'm really confused and need help.

Is the screen linked to the real GPU or just the HDMI connection on the motherboard?
Does anything show up on the display?
Are you using a 2x8GB or 1x16GB RAM setup?

it is linked solely to the GPU display and only shows HDMI without a signal. I own two sticks of 8GB.

Ensure the memory is placed in the A2 and B2 slots. Also, verify that your display is connected via the HDMI input source. Are these parts new or refurbished? After turning on the device, how long did you let it idle (while seemingly inactive)? I want to confirm the system has sufficient time to calibrate itself during initial setup.

Furthermore, the motherboard requires BIOS version 2423 or a later release to be compatible with the CPU.

The specifications indicate that the CPU should function properly without a BIOS upgrade. However, if you're unable to obtain a signal, there might be issues with the motherboard or power supply. Consider checking connections and ensuring compatibility before proceeding further.

Have you attempted to reset the motherboard BIOS manually?
To reset the BIOS manually, follow these steps:
1. Disconnect all power connections (power cable, video cable, and powered speakers, etc.).
2. Remove the motherboard battery.
3. Press the power button to discharge any remaining power in the system's components.
4. Allow at least a minute for the process.
5. Reinsert the battery and reconnect the previously removed connections.
6. Turn on the system, which should now be in default settings.
