I used another card (Nvidia 2080ti).
Results:
- Still stuttered in sea of thieves.
- A few stutters in The outlast trials.
- No stutters in the BF6 Beta

I reinserted my 4090 and adjusted settings (locked fps 80, unlocked in BF6). This resolved the issue on both platforms.

After installing the 4090, the current CPU and GPU temperatures are being monitored at idle and under load. This may indicate a potential problem with the motherboard.
