if you do understand that it is coming from here, then it is from the water pump, but there is the possibility that the currents provided by your power supply are not enough and that it is also straining

If it stems from the power supply (where the current might be insufficient and the water pump also makes noise), you can disconnect devices that consume power like hard drives for storage, along with essentials such as the keyboard and mouse. It's straightforward to identify the issue this way.

If it comes from the power source, it might eventually carry the motherboard along, which could then affect the graphics card and its memory. You'll need to check it out. Its water pump seems quite important.
