Yeah. I won't waste too much on the GPU because I heard the one I'm getting is really good, but I'm going to aim for around 5 ghz as close as I can.

I did some research and found this page. It doesn't seem necessary to spend a lot on the PSU since you might be able to get more RAM. The cooler looks decent too; I won't reach 5GHz but should be around 4.5-4.6GHz.

An additional ~100 lei represents less than 2% of your overall build budget. The decision is yours, but no one here will suggest compromising on your PSU, which is essential for powering and safeguarding the 5000 lei worth of other parts you have.
