They made a solid decision, your RAM is quite slow at 4800 Mhz and you're losing performance. Switching to 32GB of DDR5 6000Mhz or faster could boost performance by about 5 to 10%, depending on your tasks. Also, consider checking out the RX 9070 XT if you can find it near its MSRP. It's not significantly slower than the 5070 TI and offers better value overall.

The main game I enjoy has several recognized problems with AMD GPUs, so I likely wouldn’t want to buy one. There are many Discord users complaining about graphic issues that have existed for a few years. I don’t understand why, but there are ongoing problems and more issues appear each time new expansions are released.

I’m referring to Snow Runner. I’ve spent over 5,000 hours in it. Besides that, I also play Oblivion Remaster, Witcher, and Dark Souls games.

I understand your point. Snow Runner appears to be a highly optimized title, and many players suggest setting it to 60FPS to ensure stability because the vehicles behave oddly at higher speeds. This isn't unusual—some games exhibit similar behavior.

Yes, it must be locked at 60 FPS or else engine power will drop.
This is my last cart. I believe I’ve got everything correct. I’m saving more than $1,000 compared to buying a new PC.

In my personal experience with a RPL CPU, I would prefer a DDR5-7200 C34 kit because it offers more bandwidth and reduced latency, costing about $15 extra. The remaining options seem to provide similar performance in terms of quality, speed, and value.
