there is no advantage in swapping the 750w Corsair with an 850w model for $134.
what if in a couple of years you need an xx90 class card, then you’ll sell the 850w unit and replace it with a 1-1,2kW model?
if you plan to upgrade your PSU now, i recommend purchasing a full 1200w unit instead of these smaller upgrades. this way you’ll stay prepared for any current or future GPU without having to change your PSU in the next 7-8 years.
Montech CENTURY II 1200 W 80+ Gold
Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 TT Premium 1350 W 80+ Gold
ADATA XPG Core Reactor II 1200 W 80+ Gold
FSP Group Hydro PTM X PRO,Gen5 1200 W 80+ Platinum
all these models come with a 10-year warranty and are built to last a long time
they also cost slightly more than the 850w units
unless you’re planning something else, don’t worry – your existing PSU will still support the RTX 5070Ti fine.
the card’s peak power usage is around 360w (averaging 250-270w), and the rest of your system doesn’t consume much power.
(13,600K uses under 100w during gaming)
besides, you’ll likely need faster RAM as others have mentioned
and this setup should last another 2-3 years.

Thanks, I can remove the PSU from my cart. The GPU mentioned it needed a 750W power supply, so I thought upgrading would be necessary. But since it's not required, I'll just take it out.

Unless you're aiming for speeds like a 4090, you probably won't notice significant performance gaps between an i5 and an i9. Considering the 5070ti offers around 4080 performance, the CPU difference should be minimal.

A new GPU is definitely a good upgrade. Faster RAM, as others have pointed out, isn't a bad idea, but you need to weigh the extra expense. I wouldn't go beyond DDR5 6000 CL30.

The changes to the GPU are designed to provide clear benefits, making the $1100 investment worthwhile based on performance improvements.

Review the linked review and assess if the performance boost exceeds 50% for your needs. The 5070ti should not exceed $1100.
