Hello once more, sorry I haven't been responding lately due to some testing. Eventually, I found the cause of the issue—probably the mouse I was using. After resetting Windows, the problem happened right away, so I followed Ralstons' advice and changed both the mouse and keyboard (maybe it would have been better to consider that earlier). Now I'm pretty sure it's the mouse, even though I don't fully understand why it behaves this way. The mouse would shut down both my keyboard and itself, and I tried different computer and keyboard combinations without success, but it works again when I plug it in and unplug it. I should mention that the Fourze GM800 might be responsible for similar problems, but at least the issue is fixed now. The next step is to get a new mouse, thank you for your help!

It seems the issue might be with the mouse driver causing the problem.

Do you reside by yourself in your residence? I inquire because I encountered the same issue, and the reason was the electrical wiring. Specifically, when a high-power device was activated, the power went off briefly before coming back on, affecting my TV (a monitor with a decoder) and the monitor as well. I observed this on my TV when switching lights on or off, or using the iron for ironing clothes. It seems this device consumes 2Kw. If you are the only one there and there are no automatic safeguards, it might be due to a powerline or a PSU/system malfunction.
