Question in Warzone, high temp 10400F
Recognized the reference to SSD and HDD, noted the need for capacity details. Confirmed understanding of display refresh rate changes.
GoodRam cx400 gen 2 512 with 550mb/s speed. Saves up to 500mb. Used for Warzone. System runs on a Toshiba P300 1tb hard drive.
The prior suggestions remain valid. These adjustments should assist.
It would be best to revert all settings back to the original factory defaults, including BIOS and other configurations.
As mentioned before.
Acknowledged regarding DP, though the recommendation was to let you decide whether the monitor is the issue or another factor.
So I'm wondering if upgrading my computer is worthwhile. Or should I consider selling it and purchasing something more modern?
My current specs are: KRUX Vako, i5 10400F, rx 6600 8gb Fighter, Asrock B560m-HDV, SilentiumPC vero l3 500w 80 plus Bronze, and a 16GB GOODRAM (2x8GB) at 3200MHz CL16 IRDM X Black.
If I wanted to upgrade like this, would it make sense?
Beyond the GPU, there isn't a significant performance boost. It's wiser to focus on the other points discussed before making a decision about an upgrade.
First, I need to install the system on an SSD rather than an HDD to enhance performance. Then, I should upgrade the cooling solution beyond the standard CPU setup. Finally, I'll see how Warzone functions—since I play it on Steam, where frame rates can drop to 60 fps. The game's GPU difference is 5 units and the CPU difference is 10/14.
