I anticipate they might be able to identify the cause—such as PSU, wireless adapter, USB—among other components.

I'm experiencing the same problem again! My Lian Li 0-11 is working fine with my front I/O, but when I use the wireless adapter it stutters and becomes unusable. It's really frustrating.
