The UK features a more robust power adapter. It lacks the VESA HDR400 certification that the other models possess. (Even though the panels seem identical) The UL can enable automatic color calibration with the right device, whereas the others rely on factory calibration without support for this feature. Everything else looks the same across the three monitors. I suspect the UK was the original developer, then upgraded their PSU for the other units to achieve VESA HDR400 compliance, and the UL simply integrated color calibration support into its design.
