You're just beginning your journey in GTA Online. At level 8 you're facing tough challenges, especially with jobs that require higher skill levels. It looks like your character is vulnerable to damage, and when things go wrong, the mission fails for everyone involved. You're invited to jobs with players who have much more experience, but you're getting kicked out before you can participate. This situation is confusing, but it's normal for new players to struggle with the game mechanics. Focus on improving your skills gradually, and keep trying—your progress will come with time.

It feels more difficult on the PC which is confusing for me. Just try to move up a hill, use as much cover as you can, and that should help.

I just began playing recently, I’m at level 8 too. It seems everyone struggles with the mission, but I’d recommend taking things one step at a time—nobody wants to rush.

Boosting your numbers is a smart move. Especially with shooting, it improves your precision. Run your own tasks and ask others to join, so you avoid receiving missions meant for players at higher levels.

Only robberies matter, not assignments. As long as someone remains conscious in a task, the work continues.

Master aiming and staying in cover. You can fire from there. I usually survive missions or heists without dying. It’s frustrating when someone nearly dies and no one helps. Do you have a mic? Be honest—if it doesn’t, I’ll take it. 9 out of 10 times they’re not useful.

You must complete your main objective before attempting your first robbery. Heists demand skilled players who can utilize the available tools effectively.

Leaving it all behind isn't a setback. For heists, it's a risk—you'll hit the wall around level 12.
