What are your BIOS configurations, XMP and resizable BAR settings? The NVIDIA drivers appear to be functioning correctly.

Uff, Asrock refers to it as CAM (Clever Access Memory) and it's available under "chipset configuration." Make sure to verify the BIOS version; it's crucial you don't have an extremely outdated one.

Reinstalling the OS does nothing to the bios at all...
Here is some guide to update Asrock B660 bios. It should work, in my opinion the "default settings" step before the actual update is unnecessary
