In Task Manager, right-click the CPU display graph and choose logical processors.
Pubg operates mainly in a single thread.
To assess your CPU performance, execute the cpu-Z benchmark on your 13400F.
You should obtain a score around 715 if everything is functioning properly:

That indicates excellent performance.

yes i have already checked it, 180hz then in game settings v-sync is off and in the nvidia control panel it's also disabled, likely around 270-300 fps on apex using the same specs
