Question About Critical Process Failure?
Hello,
One month ago I received a message on my screen. Since then, I've posted the case on a forum in my country and asked friends who are more experienced, but without any success so far. That's why I'm reaching out for your assistance now.
I tried everything: checked RAM, NVMe, temperatures, and all hardware. I also tested various software solutions, checking from the command prompt for advice, but nothing helped.
Finally, two days ago, I did it again to format my drive in an attempt to resolve the issue. Still, nothing changed. Every 2-3 times a day, I experience the same blue screen.
My PC specifications:
ASRock H610M-H2/M.2 D5
i31200, 16gb RAM DDR5 Kingston 4800, PSU, Corsair CX430
I hope you can help me.
Psu, it was in a bot, new, for years before I opened it this year. It's not a new model, but it was new during working hours. Can we figure out if that's the cause of the issue?
I understand, but if I begin modifying hardware from the PC, I must confirm first.
As mentioned before, you possess an outdated power supply unit. Until you upgrade it to a more recent and reliable model, you will keep encountering unexpected issues. The PSU is essential for the PC's operation, and relying on poor quality components will lead to persistent complications.
I agree sir, but as I mentioned, the PSU is an older model and only has been in use for two months. It came new in the box in my closet. Do you think that's the issue?
