I come back just to address everything in this conversation about what happened with this case. In fact, the whole issue started from the screen. It's hard to believe, but yes. I go back to the previous one and all the problems disappear. I don't understand how it's possible to have a blurred screen from a screen like this.

I don't think merely adjusting the monitor resolved the issue, but without the Sysnative data we'll never understand it fully. I'm relieved it appears to be fixed.

What do you mean by the system native data? I've been working on a PC for over 10 days already and nothing. If it's not the screen, what could possibly be wrong? I don't understand either.

If you agree with the fix mentioned in post #18 about Sysnative data, then I'm pleased.

I only mention that it's improbable a monitor would trigger a BSOD because no software is installed to run it, and it's more likely the alternative screen is smaller and less demanding on the PC's resources.
I would follow what Ubuysa suggested (as quoted), since you haven't addressed the issue—you're just trying to avoid it.
