It's a DX 12 game with poor execution of that format.

The game's V-Sync setup was really poor. Extremely bad.

I think the issues stem more from UWP than from DX12 directly, Hitman and Ashes perform adequately

The chart really got me chuckling at how tough it was to hit those targets for Nvidia cards. It shows: one of my 2,290 units could compete with the 980Ti, and my brother's GTX 770 handled nearly half the frames of a close friend's 270X... That’s quite the feat!

No, I'm not suggesting the outcomes are intentionally misleading.

I've tried it. Runs 'OK' at 1080p on one GTX 970. Sadly, SLI is not supported. Neither is overlay software of any kind, so I have no idea how the game is performing framerate-wise. ANY attempt to run it at resolutions over 1080p results in an epic slideshow...at any IQ setting. Overall, it's a huge disappointment thus far. I foolishly pre-ordered the Xbox One version expecting the PC version would be all peaches and sunshine. Yet another example to add to the ever-growing list of reasons why pre-ordering games is bad.
