I adjusted the other pin slightly and it still hasn't changed much. I attempted to power it on without the CPU and it didn't respond. I didn't receive the tool that came with the Threadripper CPU, but after some research, I found it typically requires about 1.5Nm of torque. I used a torque-limiting screwdriver to secure the CPU retention mechanism, and the LED remained on.
