I noticed you mentioned trying boot into safe mode earlier, but DDU didn’t work then. I’d definitely give it another shot after a fresh Windows install if it still doesn’t run in safe mode. There could be something lingering that’s causing these problems. I own a 5700x3d and a 9070xt, and I’ve noticed the GPU usage hits 100% during games.

I plan to perform a fresh Windows installation. I’m also awaiting a reply from AMD; if they provide a fix, I’ll proceed with the Windows reinstall. Thanks!

I noticed after I shut down the helldivers, I also had CS2 active.
