Hi, could someone assist me? I recently purchased a 9070XT and installed it. On a 1080p low setting in CS2, I only see up to 270fps with power usage capped at around 220W during stress tests in the Radeon software. The BIOS on the card has switched to the left. My CPU is a 5700X 3D with 1000W PSU from an MSI B550 motherboard. I also updated all the Radeon drivers, but it seems to be working properly now. Any advice would be appreciated.

I’d consider reading it and see what works best.

Thanks, I just went through it but it doesn’t seem to offer a resolution.

Have you verified whether AMD Smart Access and Resizable Bar are activated? A BIOS update might help as well. Also, look at HWinfo64 to find the card’s bus speed. Depending on the board, the PCIe x16 could be Gen 3 even though B550 supports Gen 4. You might also review your motherboard’s BIOS to confirm the bus speed is set to Gen 4. Consider uninstalling and reinstalling display drivers, as outdated ones can sometimes cause problems despite upgrades.

SMA and resizing bar are active. I just got HWinfo64 but I can't see where it lists the PCIe version I'm using. When I try DDU, it tells me I'm not in safe mode and doesn't explain how to restart safely.

There is a YouTube video that outlines the process clearly.

I successfully started the system in safe mode, though DDU failed to function.

The resizable bar feature isn't available. I suspect this is causing your performance problems. The card was built for PCIe X16 at Gen5 speeds, but you're using it in a Gen4 slot. Gen5 offers double the bandwidth, which could negatively impact performance.

Bios supports resizing bars, yet GPU settings indicate it's turned off.

I recently tried playing Forza Horizon 5 and noticed I’m getting maximum performance. Is it possible my CPU is actually limiting things?
