It might be related to your hardware or internet connection. You could check your graphics settings and lower them. Gradually increase them if needed. I usually keep mine at low, except for "view distance" which is ultra high and "textures" medium. This helped me boost my FPS slightly.

I own an i7 6800k with 16GB RAM, Corsair Vengeance DDR4, GTX 1080 8GB, 8GB SSD, Asus LGA2011 motherboard, WD Velociraptor WD1000DHTZ 1TB SSD, and a 3.5 Supernova 1000W power supply.
