I believe the graphics card might be faulty. The signs appear to originate from it—even without obvious damage, the parts could have suffered shock, leading to harm inside the chips. Could you tell me what’s inside the case?

I agree but I worry a new GPU might cause issues. What are your thoughts on the PSU? You have a Ryzen 5 5600X with 24GB of 3200MHz RAM, a 3060, 500GB SSD, 1TB HDD, an A520 motherboard, and 650 watts of power supply.
