I’m looking for some guidance in selecting components for my new PC. I’ve already made some choices and would appreciate any advice on swapping parts or understanding the overall setup.

I’ve made some personal changes since I can adjust parts before ordering:
- Swapped the cooler from CM ML360L Core ARGB to another model because some users mentioned it was too loud.
- I’m unsure if upgrading to an RTX 4070 would improve performance for 144P gaming, or if this current setup is sufficient for 4K playback.

I might be mistaken about the CPU being a 7800x3d, but I’m open to correction if wrong.
Could AMD systems handle 6000 mhz RAM yet? I’m not sure and don’t keep track of it.

Messed up again, but the card is AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU Tray, so you are correct.
I am not 100% sure that my friend can use that tower since he is allergic (there is a lot of pollen where he lives) and it is mesh, which is why I am also looking at the be quiet silent base 601 mid-tower which is closed. I'm not sure if I am correct here, but I believe it is better with a water cooler at least in a closed tower?

Please share your thoughts on the Asus Dual Evo OC RTX 4070 Super 12GB Video Card. I'm curious about how you feel regarding its performance and whether upgrading to another model would be a better choice. I've seen similar cards priced around $50-100 more, but they seem quite comparable.
