I think 7800X3d might be too much for the 4070 Super. Ryzen 7600 or Ryzen 7600X would be better options.

Never pay the full price for an operating system. Get a Windows license from Stack Social for $24. Pro or Home. It's completely genuine. I purchased my OS for Windows 11 Pro for $25 two months ago and it functioned perfectly. The same applies to Microsoft Office 2019 for $15. I will never again pay the full amount for software. I wish I had bought Windows 10 instead. Windows 11 is terrible. Just create a boot disk for your preferred OS.

Have you heard about updating the GPU later? I think a stronger CPU would provide more flexibility for the future.
Absolutely. I upgrade my GPU more often than my CPU. The last CPU before moving to the 11700k was a 2600k, which had several graphics cards over its lifespan of around 12 years.
I believe most of my PCs have had at least two GPUs inside them.
The last one came with a 960 & 980,
this one has a 2070 Super and a 7900 XT,
one older PC went through three GPUs during its life, but it was nearly nine years old when I stopped using it.
I’m almost at the point where I have more GPUs than storage drives, which is impressive considering storage drives used to fail often. It’s been years since any of them died now.
