Nothing significant observed. Although the Task Manager shows reduced CPU activity now, the overall usage remains consistently high at 100%. There’s no variation detected. The system appears to be functioning properly without noticeable lag. It’s unusual, though, and might indicate a hardware issue. Since it’s a fresh installation, the software seems normal, but a Windows reset didn’t resolve the problem.

Verify your BIOS settings to confirm the default speed on your motherboard isn’t set to a constant value. This shouldn’t disrupt your performance, but it’s a good idea to check. No changes required unless you prefer an adaptive configuration.

The system is operating as expected. Which applications do you set up, and can you verify your browser history to confirm no phishing links were accessed?

He added HWinfo64 from his previous screenshot. Checking its display and speed could clarify any discrepancies. Windows’ readings might not match the actual data.

Yup appears fine in that window now. With HWinfo64 enabled, you can inspect your CPU details—seeing which cores are at maximum usage, whether they're running full speed, and even thread activity. It's really helpful to check how your processor is performing.

Launch the app and see the windows and sensors display all information clearly. Take a moment to load it—different CPU options work in the same way.
