I've noticed your CPU temperature stays high after upgrading components. The cooler seems unstable, and the foam between the board and case might be affecting heat dissipation. It's possible the foam is contributing to the issue. Upgrading to a better case could help stabilize temperatures.
It's a CPU model, and the noise suggests the foam isn't holding the cooler securely enough.
A technician installed the CPU cooler so I don't know if they installed thermal paste and removed the sticker, I will check it tomorrow. So the foam is pushing the motherboard upwards and making the full PCIe slot aligned with the bracket. since it is an old desktop case, it doesn't have the bracket alligned. If I remove the foam the GPU will not work.
The processor may get too hot if the cooling system isn't stable, since it indicates poor connection between the cooler and CPU, preventing effective heat transfer to the heatsink and fan.
Sorry, I'm currently unavailable. I expect to reconnect in about 8 to 10 hours.
