You may upgrade to the newest version if no other guidelines appear on the site. It looks like you should first switch to F32, then F40, provided the board isn't older than those versions. Only after that can you move to the latest (F50 at this point). If the board is F32, you can proceed with F40 followed by F50. If F40 or higher is already present, you can jump straight to F50.

Check Ram in SOT 2 and 4, adjust voltage slightly for better stability—around 1.37V should work.

The QFlash tool isn't recognizing your thumb drive despite extracting the BIOS. You can still see it showing up in the boot menu, which suggests it's present but not being detected by the utility.

Do you have the Geil memory ready? I’m about to install it before the BIOS flash. I don’t want another bad flash while we haven’t fixed the blue screen problems.

Ensure the drive uses FAT32 format and has the BIOS set to root on it. For updates, use @Bios within Windows—it supports dual-boot updates as well.

I don't get it, updating in Windows can vary. Try checking the settings or using the update options in the app or system. If unsure, ask for more details!
