I also tested a 4.8ghz earlier but it didn’t help, then I reset everything back to default and pushed it up to 4.4.

If you're using too many threads, your FPS drops—restart with a clean installation and remove any background processes.

In combat the FPS falls between 190 and 200. On ultra it's nearly identical to a low CPU speed of 4100, and this score is used as a test for my PC.

I boosted it to 4.8 GHZ but only saw a slight improvement of about 20 FPS, with the performance still dropping.
