I'm considering this... it's possible they didn't use the identical version to the previous one, since there are so many differences across the countless Windows 10 releases. (I actually enjoyed the anniversary edition the most, and I still have it installed on an older AMD laptop...) Regardless, 1809 consistently worked best for me (it's also saved as a backup).
