Thanks for the photo. I'm in line with the other person—let's check the hard drive health first. It would be even better to identify the manufacturer and use their diagnostic tools (usually available on a USB drive) to get a thorough report on the drive's condition.

Execute the scan again using sfc /scannow. It will confirm there are no integrity problems.
