Download Paragon Adaptive Restore 2010, generate a bootable USB with Rufus, start from the USB and select "Adjust OS". That should get you running. If you struggle locating the tool, let me know. This works when Windows 7 fails due to the blue screen. If it doesn’t boot at all, switch BIOS to Legacy mode.
