Do you have an app that cleans up hard drives like Ccleaner? If yes, just make sure to skip wiping out those temporary data files.
The KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR bugcheck happens because a page-in operation from the pagefile failed. That usually means your RAM or system drive is broken. You already checked if the RAM is good, so now you need to check your system drive (or the one holding the pagefile just in case it's not the main drive). In addition, the CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED bugcheck often comes from bad RAM or a bad system drive too. Another reason to think about your system drive. The SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION bugcheck can have many causes, but having a flaky drive is definitely one of them. I suggest downloading Samsung Magician and running full diagnostics on that 970 EVO. Look for any firmware or driver updates for the drive as well.
I swapped out my old motherboard and that problem went away for a few months, but lately, strange crashes are coming back again. Some times I get BSOD errors or an unexpected store exception when things go wrong.
Have you looked at your RAM using Memtest86 and tested your SSD too, since I suggested it? That strange store exception error usually means one of these two things: the RAM is broken or your hard drive is having problems.
