Absolutely, you'll definitely require a fresh PSU. It's important to opt for at least a 1000w model, such as the Corsair RM1000x or EVGA G6 1000w.

Maybe that’s why I couldn’t slightly cover my CPU, but I’ll buy it and check if the issue gets resolved. I’ll keep you updated.

I received a 1000 watt power supply for my RTX 3080 TI and 10900k setup. Seasonic notes that the PSA 3090 / 3080 can experience load spikes above 500w.

Uncertain about the meaning of "spike to north," not tech-savvy but according to the PC part picker, I should estimate 575 watts after accounting for all my hardware, excluding any external sources.

Higher power consumption than a 550 watt PSU can supply during brief intervals. This causes the card to restrict its draw to the available power, resulting in reduced FPS or crashes. In essence, the voltage needs to decrease, which means a lower frequency must be applied to the core to maintain stability.

Received the 1000w Psu but performance remains unchanged with FPS jumping from 16 to 35 and GPU and CPU times exceeding 40 ms

Check the PCIe link speed and RAM speed details. Verify if XMP is activated. Use CPU-z and GPU-z for assistance. Ensure all old GPU cables have been swapped for the new ones with the updated PSU. Confirm that all power connectors on your motherboard are fully installed.

Do you have two or four sticks of memory? What is the model number of your memory or its name?
Thaiphoon Burner can assist with this.
A memory test would also be beneficial to check the RAM status.
TestMem5 is a suitable program for this (cfg here).
Ryzen dram calculator is simpler to use. Try it with DOCP/xmp enabled and observe any memory test errors.
You can use the MEMbench tab to evaluate your RAM.
This link provides useful memory information.

Assuming you've verified that the frame limiter in Adrenalin and the game aren't capped at 60, then proceed. Note that I've skipped the 550W power supply issue.
