I’m unable to play Warzone 2 due to a performance issue where the FPS remains below 60. When D.O.C.P. is enabled in the bios, it behaves this way. The FPS stays under 40 but returns to normal when turned off. My system specs are a Zotac 3090 GPU, Ryzen 7 5800X3D processor, Rog Crosshair VIII DARK HERO motherboard, and 3600Hz RAM with 32GB. It worked well before but is now stuck at low FPS, fluctuating between 60 and 2 FPS. I’m not sure what caused the change.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's important to provide your complete system details. Please list the specifications as follows:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model.
Do you have the BIOS version for your motherboard?
For your system, consider using DDU to remove all GPU drivers, then reinstall them manually with the newest drivers from Nvidia's support site. Open the installer, right-click and select Run as Administrator.

I deleted all the drivers and it remained unchanged in Warzone.

This game is know for its fps issues.
I would disable windows defender as well. Information on the rest of the system would be useful. PSU wattage and model.

I attempted everything and it still doesn’t work, it fluctuates from 55 to 70 sometimes jumping above 100 but just keeps changing unpredictably.

nVidia RTX 3090 running on a 550 watt bronze PSU? Wow. That would very likely be your fps issue. For those that wonder,
https://www.zotac.com/download/file...er...mage07.jpg
Recommended Power Supply
750W
Power Input
2 x 8-pin
There could be a power issue to your gpu. Your PSU appears to support 2x8-pins and you get two power adapters with the GPU.
The GPU at stock will take:
Power Consumption
350W
That leaves 200 watts for the rest on the system. The CPU is 105W stock. Poor PSU.
Clearly getting a low power draw 3090 was the plan.

Maybe it's correct because it occurs when I turn on DOCP in the BIOS and then FPS behaves that way. I didn’t realize the PSU would be an issue. I’ll attempt to replace it with a new one, hoping that solves the problem. However, other games only work this way in war zones.
