While operating my PC today, I encountered a blue screen for the first time. After performing a reset, I was unable to access the Windows button or the search function next to the windows buttons. I watched the provided video but none of the instructions helped me; I didn<|pad|> to skip the final step, which was a complete factory reset. Additionally, I noticed that all my games in the Battlenet app disappeared, and I had to move them elsewhere.

Additionally, when I tried to reset all apps, my PC refused to proceed, showing the error "The database disk image is malformed." This occurred during the command execution.

The motherboard is stuck in a frustrating state, and I’m unsure about my storage devices since accessing Windows settings isn’t possible.

I haven't made any modifications to my PC, not once I've removed any components or added new ones during the time I've owned it.

Use HDsentinel to assess your storage condition. Have you attempted safe mode to determine if the issue continues there? If a command prompt is accessible, run sfc /scannow to check system files.
